"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht die vorgetragenen Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei den Wanderungen um den grossen Döllnsee gibt es zu bemängeln, dass nur 2 Bänke zum ausruhen existierten und dies relativ Nahe am Hotel. Auch hat die Forst, gegenüberliegend vom Hotel nach ihren Rohdungsarbeiten den Wanderweg völlig zerfahren hinterlassen. Als Fussgänger noch erschwerlich zu nutzen, jedoch mit dem Fahrrad keine Chance. Das Rondell vor dem Haupteingang würde etwas mehr Sauberkeit stehen...
