"You are paying for the view and location to the town. Very convenient and beautiful views. No bells and whistles. The restaurant on property was “fine”. The market was “fine”. Customer service was either fantastic or poor. No in between. It all depended on who you were talking to. Because we were walking downtown each day going out in boat, it was perfect. I would not stay here again. Now that I know the lay of the land, I would stay somewhere just as close, same views and more amenities for...

"This was probably the most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed at. Walking into the unit was a wonderful surprise. The space was huge! The decor was very thoughtful and the amenities of the kitchen were top level. It felt like home and cozy. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Camp grounds! This trip was a solo trip for me and I used it just for a little me time. Great place to relax and do exactly nothing. The cabin was nice and cozy. Open to nature and you will hear it as you rest and relax. I realize no place is perfect and perfection was not what I was in need for. This place was more for self therapy and peace. I would do it again if possible or if my health allows "

"It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. "Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each...

"This is an absolutely incredible property. Easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It worked terrific for our family group of 9, all adults. The views cannot be accurately described, all I can say is breathtaking! I would never grow tired of sitting by the pool taking in that view. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very gracious and easy to work with. Hard to imagine a better place to stay on St. Thomas.
