"Not sure if it was because they were remodeling the main lobby but they weren’t able to do smaller bills for the vending machines which says they took cards, 1’s and 5’s but was told they only take 1’s. Rooms were very nice, clean and cozy. It was overall worth the night away from life with the hubby. "

"My wife and I came to stay for a quiet getaway on the frozen bay, and it turned out to be just perfect for that. We read books and ate pizza from The Log Cabin and watched early 2000s movie dvds on the TV upstairs. The two electric fireplaces inside were running on full the whole time we were out there, but they managed to stave off the cold! "We were there for a family wedding. The bed and breakfast place worked for us. We were so busy with family, we didn't spend too much time at the house. When we were there, we didn't see or hear our host. So we didn't feel we were being a bother to her. This is our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was a concern as to how this worked. Lilac was very welcoming and breakfast was nice. The house is located within 5 mins of all the cute shops. We enjoyed our stay."
