"Again this year we came in early November to fish for steelhead and brown trout. It seemed a bit that we were not at peak run for those species but nobody can ever time it right every time. The cabin was as usual well maintained, clean and comfortable. The host Katie responded quickly to a couple questions we had. This is our third year here and we enjoy the easy access to the Johnson Creek. We will definitely be back again next year."

"Beautiful location right on Lake Ontario. Something for everyone to do. Rock painting, board games, Wii games, swimming in the lake, bird watching, yard games. We stayed for a week in late July and were very comfortable and entertained in the house. The house does have whole house A/C, plenty of lawn chairs, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit. An easy climb down natural rock steps allows access to swimming, floating in Lake Ontario. Bring your own inner tubes, rafts. The kitchen is pretty...

"The hotel itself was fairly clean. The heat didn't work all the time. Other than the check in didn't really see hotel staff until we checked out. The hotel was quiet. I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was iced over but it was still working. The microwave was not working properly we finally got it to work. If you are planning a short trip then it is ok for that. No more than a couple of days. The check in was easy and the counter person was friendly. I...

"Everything was fine except the distance to walk to any room from the parking lot across the street. If you have any problem walking long distances it is not good. It would be best to find a hotel that you can pull up to the front door."
