"We really enjoyed the cabin and property. My dog was especially pleased to be able to roam free on the property. Very quiet and peaceful, easy access, no major issues."

"We had an absolute BLAST at this house!!!! Honestly, the pictures did not do it justice. The beautiful views around, waking up to morning fog, the amount of sprawling space across all 4 properties. I can’t say enough great things. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We WILL be back!"

"Close to All Star Village. Very clean and well stocked with essentials for stay. Quick response and very kind to communicate with. House is a little odd in layout, but it was workable for us and served the purpose. I will say if my older parents had went they would not have been able to do the stairs for second floor, but main floor had everything they would have needed."

"Everyone in our party raved about this property so much so that we seriously joked "same time next year?" If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle and unwind and connect with friends and family this is your place to stay. "

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"A wonderful stay in very pleasant accommodations. Beds were comfortable, amenities are great!. We had a question about the tv, called the host and he was quick to reply with helpful suggestions A beautiful setting, in a quaint town, but you felt like you were in the woods. Highly recommend!"
