"The cabin was in a great location. Got to see several large ships way off in the distance on Lake Ontario. Also got to watch a flock of seagulls flapping their wings as hard as they could and not get anywhere because the wind was blowing so hard. Didn't spend a lot of time outside at the cabin because of the wind and most days it was a little on the cool side to just be sitting outside. "The house ia very good. However it needs maintenance and cleaning. The bedrooms are larger than the pictures. We had a great relaxing weekend as a family. Everything in the house works properly. But it needs some deep cleaning. The house is in a skydiving place. So the kids LOVE to watch the airplane and people skydiving. That was definitely very fun. Communication was not the best. Host is very nice but took long time to answer. "

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. "

All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. "This was the perfect location for a family wedding weekend. The open floor plan was perfect for our daughter’s wheelchair - although the first floor bathroom was a bit challenging. Overall, a good experience. 😊"

"Most centrally located cottages with plenty of parking if you are a salmon or steelhead or brown fisherman Looking for a great place to stay"

"The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice. But the local towns were very nice and friendly, including several nice lighthouses and tourist areas."
