"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

"The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10...

"This is my second state at the New Dawn house and it was just as wonderful as last year. I can't think of a better place for a large gathering in the Bronx area. "

"It's a nice unit in a nice building. The gym is great. My unit had a balcony that was blocked by suspended window washing equipment so I was not able to use it."

"Great Highland Lakes Cottage! Clean & well stocked kitchen. Be careful going up or down Breakneck Rd. Thus time of year every view is beautiful! We did lots of small road trips taking in the sites and autumnal views!!"

"Convenient studio offering easy access to NYC. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing valuable information on navigating public transportation to and from New York City. One suggestion for improvement would be to install a light at the entrance. During the night, finding the keys without using the flashlight on my phone was a bit challenging due to the lack of light."

Horrível

"Localização ruim, mal frequentado, vizinhos extremamente barulhentos. O vizinho do quarto ao lado tocou musica alta a madrugada inteira. Não tivemos serviço de quarto nenhum dia. Estávamos com bebê de colo e não houve nenhum apoio ou suporte. No dia do check out, bateram na nossa porta uma hora antes e mandaram sair. Foi horrível."

"Horrible, they should have charged $50 as a deposit, they charged $208.11. They said they would refund it at checkout and instead of refunding it, they charged another $208.11. It took 3 days for them to refund the first amount after checkout, and almost 2 weeks for them to refund the second amount. Rude reception, Rude front desk, both at night and during the day. They didn't clean the room in the 2 days we were there, we had to ask to change rooms on the third day because they hadn't cleaned it. Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone."

"A estadia em si foi razoável. Meus comentários são os seguintes: 1 - Minha reserva incluia café da manhã para duas pessoas e ao invés de café da manhã, me deram um voucher diário de 25 dólares que não era suficiente nem para o café da manhã de uma pessoa 2 - O serviço de quarto deixou a desejar. A reposição das toalhas não aconteceu com frequencia e nem a reposição de sabonete e shampoo"

Hotel muito bom, porém….

"Quartos amplos, cama ótima, café da manhã razoável. No geral, o hotel é muito bom. Em relação à localização, algo que precisa ser considerado. O lugar tem bastante mendigo, usuário de drogas, lixo na rua e pouca iluminação. Sugiro chegar até às 21h no máximo por ter pessoas na rua. Após esse horário, o local fica deserto. São 30 minutos da Time Square até o Bronx. Há uma linha do metrô que vai direto. Enfim, recomendo ficar só se você não se importa com os aspectos relatados acima. Se tiver um pouco mais de dinheiro, indico ficar no Long Island "
