"I rented this cabin for myself and dog to visit my son at Clarkson. I was alone yet felt safe comfy and at peace at this rental. The cabin is well stocked and the WiFi service is excellent for the mountains. The property has its own network of trails that we thoroughly enjoyed walking. Communication with the owner was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"This was such a great getaway. Hosts were fantastic. Recommended Jake’s on the lake for dinner - couldn’t have been happier. Our accommodations were incredible - many subtle touches that made our stay that much better. The outside space is terrific and the screened-in back room was awesome. "​This property looks exactly as stated in the descriptions, as well as in the photos. The space is well thought out and amazing. We came in to visit our son who goes to SUNY Potsdam. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed many of the outdoor amenities. We invited his friends over to enjoy a home-cooked meal, to play some pickleball, and to make smores! A well-deserved break from campus life. THANK YOU, Beth and Jim. "

"We booked this amazing property for a 60th birthday & Girls trip to get away from the men & boys in our lives! It was perfect!!! There is so much room. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We could all comfortably sit in the living room, sit at the table & with only moving one chair around the fire pit on the porch. Any question or concern we had was promptly addressed by Shane. We throughly enjoyed our trip and had already started planning our return with some of the families next year!!!...

"Not only is the host , Beth, always super responsive but always provides a pristine and cozy spot for us to stay. I also find that each time I come up ( this might be my 6th stay) she has added some other improvement or decorative touch. I LOVE this apartment and try as best I can to only stay at one of Beth's places if I remember to book early enough :) "

"Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...

"This property is beautiful. Located perfectly out of the way but not too far from local towns. It ended up being the perfect spot for a little family retreat. The cottage was beautifully decorated and stocked with every supply you would need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend."
