"Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. What you see is what you get - enjoy! "

"We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!"

"We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. It's nice to have access to extra towels, blankets, plenty of throws, and other amenities. We had our daughter's wedding there -- just family -- and Scott bent over backward to help us. "My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. "

"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "

"We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!"

"The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones. "
