"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Grounds are well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a great variety and was regularly stocked. Pool area was enjoyable for relaxing after dinner. A dinner recommendation from front desk staff was delightful (Pour Taphouse). We travel from MD to Buffalo a few times a year and we will definitely be back!"

"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. "The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. "

"We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. "

"This lovely two-story farmhouse, which is currently in the process of renovation was ideal for our weekend stay for a ski getaway. It is just minutes from the slopes and was very comfortable. VRBO has this listed as a pet friendly property, but the rental rules and agreement say that pets are not permitted. We were traveling with our small cockapoo, so if you're looking for a pet-friendly unit, you should probably clarify this with the owner. Great location! Great value!"
