"2 couples, stayed there in mid November. House inside and out is practically brand new. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. It was cold while we were there, but the outside deck is very large and spacious. Grill could use some help, and there are no TVs. Basement is a plus, but we didn't use it. Property manager lives right across the street and greeted us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we come to the finger lakes, we will rent this house again."

"Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

"Lovely antiques in keeping with style of home, convenient location, easily accessible for my family. We chose because number of beds and number of bathrooms since we needed adequate time to prepare for a wedding. One bathroom, tub was either not clean or terribly stained. I believe most of dirt or stains could have been removed with those Mr. Clean style scrubbing sponges. Shower curtain liner also needed changing because of some mold. Also, my sister noticed all the dead bugs on the window...
