"Did what I hoped for, provided beds and much cheaper than motel. Plus, we siblings got to hang out more than a hotel would have allowed. We were gone for most of the days anyway. Lack of reliable wi-fi was a concern for some internet addicts. Having neighbors and a 10 PM curfew was a bit of a damper, as I had concerns about my loud sisters."

"If you're a tent camper, this was a cut above! The bunkhouse was extremely comfortable! :)"

"The directions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow, proximity to the river was unmatched, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Wood was provided, and we enjoyed the woodstove and the fire pit throughout the weekend! Would return again!"

"I am from Lewis County, my entire family still lives there, and I go home every weekend. I spent a week at this particular property over the summer and had the BEST time ever! Everything is stunning, clean, and new. Plenty of room! It has amazing beds/bedrooms, roomy bathroom with all the amenities, and new stainless steel appliances! PERFECTION! The only thing that made this even better was the owner. She was so helpful and kind!! I will be staying there as often as I can from now on!!...

"This was the second time my spouse and I have stayed at this wonderful property! Carol and Dan are the best hosts ever ! Anything we needed was already in the cottage ,even games, puzzles and movies if your not outside enjoying the fire and beautiful pond ! This is our forever spot to get away from the city and enjoy nature and tranquility. Next trip will be ASAP , we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in paradise. "This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! The house was super cute and nicely decorated. There were a couple of very minor maintenance items (e.g. light switch, closet door) that could be...

"The location is beautiful in the Fall and the house is great. Plenty of room. Our weather was great and despite the lower temperature we were able to take one of the rowboats out for a delightful time. We will stay again."

"Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."

Hotel simples, mas que nos atendeu bem

"Nos hospedamos uma noite apenas no hotel pois estavamos de passagem por Watertown. O hotel é antigo, mas de modo geral tudo estava bom, nao é o hotel mais chique ou moderno, mas nos atendeu bem ainda mais pelo valor. O cafe da manha era simples, mas gostoso. Estacionamento gratis. Hotel era muito bem localizado, perto de todo o comercio da cidade. "
