"Second time staying here. A fabulous little gem. It’s the overall vibe including the people that work there. Thanks Sam at Front Desk & Sophia in the dining room. "The hotel is a bit older however they are in process of a remodel that is looking great! The room was great and the front desk lady Heather was an absolute sweetheart. It’s off season so there was only 1 other couple staying at the hotel. Will definitely return and so excited to see the updated rooms! "

"What a gem! I typically stick with one of the big hotel chains but decided to give this a try based on reviews. Sooo glad I did. Charming place, fantastic rooms (dining table and a desk in addition to the two beds!), no stairs, parking right outside your room, clean and overall a win!"

"We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable, clean, and unique. When I needed assistance, Terry and Angela were quick to respond, going above and beyond. Buffalo/Niagara Falls are less than 90 min north, and Erie/Presque Isle are 90 min south.
