"The hotel is in a very historic building and the hotel preserves that. The rooms are quirky, i.e. there were 2 lamps on each side of the bed and the lampshades were old that no longer had any fabric over the metal frame. It was very different but it worked well. In the morning there's a coffee shop attached to the hotel, in the evening theres a separate small bar. "

"It was nice to find such an upscale hotel in a rural area. We were visiting family and would stay again any time!"

"Accurate listing, apartment had all the necessary tools for a great weekend stay. Beautiful area close to big cities but outside enough to be quiet and peaceful. Lovely neighbourhood for walks etc. Plenty to do and see all around. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We were in town to see family and this was the perfect spot for our family that lives in Leroy and Batavia. The only comment I have to share is that the shower is small and I only say so because then you won’t be surprised. It works fine just small is all. All else was very nice and enjoyable. "

"The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice. But the local towns were very nice and friendly, including several nice lighthouses and tourist areas."
