"Valarie in the dining area was excellent! Everyone was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Check in and out were fast and easy. The “partial view” of the falls was more like a complete view of the Canadian side of the falls and was breathtaking! "

"Lakeside resort was awesome ! I e had our own little cabin and there was so much room for moving around ! Bathroom was equipped well! We also had dinner & breakfast at the on site restaurant- which was delicious! Highly recommend & will stay here again "

"The Benjamin Hotel was absolutely perfect! This is a new hotel so it’s currently a hidden gem. Once more people find out about this place, it will be nearly impossible to book a room. There are only 4 rooms and each one has its own design. We stayed in the Watkins room and it was incredible. It should be known that there is no actual staff. You have a pin to get into your room. "Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed."

"Checkin was so smoothly delivered I thought I was doing something wrong! I was messaged a code for the front door and my room door. There was a message regarding sending a deposit via a link in the message, which I inquired could be done in-person. Location wise the venue is a win.
