"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

"Me and some friends stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and the house was amazing. 716 Themed house with everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. "This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around...

"My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Debbie was very welcoming and quick to remedy a minor issue with the kitchen. The cottage is private and cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with pots and pans - we made Thanksgiving dinner during our stay. We'd love to stay again! Thank you!"
