"Overall the Tanoa is a great hotel, nice staff, clean and tidy with good facilities and amenities.They let themselves down by ridgedly sticting to the rule of no refunds. Because of circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel a booking made through Expedia. Those circumstance caused us to stay at the Tanoa for four days just not the day we had to cancel. "O que mais chama a atenção no hotel é a disposição de todos em servir. O serviço é excelente, chegamos às 3 da manhã e as pessoas nos receberam com muita alegria e atenção. Agendei o serviço de transfer (custo extra), aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto e foi perfeito, recomendo. Mesmo o voo atrasando mais de uma hora o Sr. Jay nos aguardava com um grande sorriso. O café da manhã é bastante simples, mas bom e servido em um restaurante bem peculiar. O quarto é amplo e a localização é ótima."

"The Matafouna Lodge is amazing. The location is beautiful. The fales were comfortable with a porch, comfortable bed, and glass windows.
