"The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos."

"Don't be fooled by this property post. When I rented, the post stated I was renting an "entire" property that had a pool. Not at all the case. This property is an apartment complex with shared amenities. The unit itself is a studio with two or three other apartments above it. There were entire families staying in the units above during our entire stay. The pool was occupied on a daily basis with kids for the duration. Was a material mis-post. "This house is so amazing and the hosts were really fantastic and helpful. Tucked up a large hill in the jungle with amazing views. The steps to the house are up a large hill and very steep and are not for elderly or really young kids. Would definitely stay there again "

"Excellent place to stay. I was unable to get info back on rental (address) could not get on my phone had I been able to get info earlier a couple of weeks prior to leaving for Mexico would of been great. I had a picture and a local found the rental was lucky. Always love YELAPA very special place. "

"The property is located right above the outcropping that separates the 2 beaches at Yelapa, and the gate is in the main path in town. Great location, and you will enjoy all night the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks 30 feet below the wrap around balcony. The stairway down to the property is in great shape and charming. It separates you from the horses, donkeys and ATV traffic. The pool, not huge, is wonderful; on the cool side late in December, which was therapeutic. It helped my...

"The place is great. Beautiful casita with everything you could ask for in layout, location, decor, amenities. Only two criticisms: the jacuzzi does not heat and the cleaning lady was not the most thorough. Found some gunk on the floor after she had cleaned. But would still come back."
