"The stay fabulous the place was great no complain"

"Room was big, with requisite furniture and comfortable mattress. For cold weather of Islamabad in winters place heaters would be ideal for bathrooms. Room service needs improvement as I had to personally go down to the reception to get things as room service didn't respond in half am hour despite calling multiple times. Staff at reception was polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast selection is modest. Nothing extravagant but good enough"

"I would have to say the staff are what make this place. Amazing customer services from all. Especially the managers and reception staff so helpful and supportive. I stayed 11 days in total. The only suggested improvement which is really minor is the bathroom could be upgraded. The room was excellent with lots of space. Well done keep up the good work and see you soon."

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure.
