"We wanted to stay close to Goodwood for the revival festival. We found this great place to stay. A really nice living room with a kitchen area , a shower room and a cosy bedroon. We even had a small courtyard to use exclusively. Highly recommend "

"It was a pleasure to stay at Karen's '3 by the sea' apartment. It certainly is by the sea, we could hear the waves lapping the shore at night. Great location just a stroll along the sea front into the centre of Worthing and the Pier. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very spacious. The garden is fabulous with a patio area that caught the afternoon/evening sun, a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner. Karen was the perfect host. Thank you Karen for an enjoyable stay."

"What a truly relaxing stay. The beach location can not be beat and I worry that no holiday location in the UK will ever outshine this truly wonderful property! Sitting outside drinking tea and reading a book was exactly what we needed. Kids were always entertained whilst at the house and loved their first ever hot tub! "

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth.
