"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. "Your hotel look like a haunted house. So many mosquitos and ants, door is poor window is terrible, toilet go hot water and dirty and lots of spider webs.. i did not want to take a shower in that hotel. No wifi. Better to close down or improve. Its not operational standard."
