"Property was exactly as advertised. Nice and quiet neighborhood and had great communication with the property manager. "

"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

"Comfortable and relaxing. The house was nice and comfortable and the telescope was a great perk. There is another cabin that isn't too far away, so not quite as private as advertised, but the other guests were quiet and I suppose that's the nature of putting utilities on a property this remote--things can't be too far apart. Still very enjoyable!"

"It was a mother-daughter getaway for several wonderful days at Pine Mountain Lake over Labor Day weekend. Lisa was very responsive and accommodating since we had to change the dates of our stay. We are so thankful for this beautiful and well kept property. We especially enjoyed the deck: we had our morning coffee there, we watched hummingbirds play, we enjoyed the sunsets, and stargazing. "Nice, clean property in safe, gated area. Easy parking and more than enough room for my wife and I. Beautiful drive into Yosemite which takes just over and hour to reach Yosemite Valley attractions. "

"This house was perfect for our large group! The space was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and the bathrooms were well-supplied. Groveland is a charming town, and the house is conveniently located for exploring Yosemite. While we missed having access to Pine Mountain Lake, we found another nearby lake to rent boats for a fun day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!"

"There was plenty of room for the group of guys, the kitchen was big enough to cook a lot of food and the TV was big enough to watch the games."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable , house was very clean and the layout of the house was great, We really appreciated all the amenities such as the hot tub, streaming music & tv channels, and beach chairs. Perfect stay to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. :)"

"Dated everything, beds all need upgrades, carpet need replaced or good cleaning, pots & pans need replacing and everything in kitchen needs good cleaning. So fun with all the games and wonderful family time in garage game room. Just needs some TLC"

"We celebrated a family birthday for a few days at this place and it was simply great! It had something for everyone with lots of games and amenities for the family to enjoy. The property is beautiful and really allowed us to relax and focus on family time. Nearby wineries and farms allowed the adults and kids to enjoy things to do outside the property. We are planning on coming back here again!!"

Final de semana ok

"Quarto espaçoso, mas apenas nos perguntaram se queríamos reposição de toalhas e/ou de artigos como sachês de café. Não limpam o quarto. Éramos 5 pessoas, então só não foi pior porque chegamos sexta à noitinha e saímos domingo pela manhã. A acústica das áreas comuns também deixa a desejar: não se consegue conversar à mesa no restaurante durante o jantar devido às atividades no lobby ao lado. Acredito que o hotel precise de uma atualização."
