"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested. "Spent four days at this property and we loved it. The pictures don't tell the true story of nice it really is. I loved the feel of it. It was clean and roomy. The neighborhood was so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner responded quickly when we had a problem with the door. Check in and check out was easy. It's about 20 minutes away from FQ. I will definitely book again when in NOLA."

"Michael's cottage is well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. It can sleep four people comfortably, has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and tile flooring throughout. Michael allows dogs, and the fully fenced backyard is huge! The attached covered patio is great when it's cool out. My partner and I, as well as our two dogs, enjoyed staying here and treated it like our home for a week while waiting to close on our new home. Michael called me the day of check in to ensure I had found everything...

"My family made great memories here! Located in a quiet neighborhood near the river, this four-bedroom home provides plenty of space for a large group. The pool and yard are spectacular and provide a quiet respite from the city. After ziplining, taking a riverboat cruise, and one night on Bourbon Street, it was nice to retreat to Arabi to nap and relax by the pool. The communication and customer service from Mr. Landry and his family is top-notch!"

"Localização incrível, staff muito gentil, hotel bonito e confortável, academia excelente e bem equipada, único inconveniente foi nao ter frigobar no quarto, isso dificultou pois tenho um remedio que precisa de geladeira, precisei deixar no quarto de um amigo em outro hotel, e dificultou comprar comida sauval e deixar no quarto."

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."
