"Good overall, but pillows were indeed too puffy and the homeless and drug addicts on 7 eleven right across the street were a bit spooky. Spokane is kind of rundown in that area. "

"I love that the rooms are mostly updated with just a few needing bathroom updates. Best news is the pool is finally being renovated so it can reopen. Staff is always the most friendly and breakfast is good. The only down side is not much within walking distance for shopping/dining however it is a quick and cheap ride share to areas with more offerings."

"Property is new. Bed was comfy. They let us park our car there for a week for free. Free transport to and from airport. A+"

"I would stay here again hands down. Bed was very comfortable, good sized room, very clean. Bathroom was great. My only complaint was the lack of street parking, especially for a large truck. But I loved this hotel. "

The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
