"The property is perfect for a relaxing vacation right next to the water. But the best part was the staff Sande, the manager, is the most welcoming, kind, affectionate, warm and inviting person we have ever met. Because of her I will always stay at this property when I come back to STX. I will be telling everyone I know to stay here."

"My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this cute, well-appointed, well-looked-after, and well-stocked apartment. Our on-property host, Carmen, was attentive and caring (but not obtrusive), sharing some picked-off-the-tree bananas with us, as well as letting us know about a serious (but soon canceled) weather alert. Her two dogs were happy hanging out on her front porch, not bothering us (the people who prefer cats to dogs!) or barking at us. We did have some trouble finding the...

"This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better.
