"Host was extremely informative about where to go to eat and where to find the best shells! Good information about the local area and beaches, the tides. Bed was super comfy. Plenty of beach towels and bathing towels provided. Clean and comfortable. Easy check out process. Locals were kind and informative. Good local grocery within walking distance. "My wife and I spent a week at this apartment and it was perfect. Everything is exactly as listed online. It was our 3rd trip to Spanish Wells so we knew the area very well and understood what this place was. "We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? Either way our stay was great, the property was well stocked, communication was spot on and the overall amenities were excellent. Thank you again! "

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The pictures were accurate as was the description. The host was extremely quick at answering any questions which is always greatly appreciated. The property could use a deep clean but the floors, bathroom and linens were all great. We appreciated the lawn chairs and extras that were available for us to use. "
