"We had a great time here. Owner was very responsive to any issues ( including a flat tire on the cart that was promptly repaired). Highly recommend renting here. "

"Really great spot in Hopetown! The location is ideal but you do have to take a dinghy across a small bay. The house is great and has everything you need. You can take the host’s dinghy into town and get dinner (how cool, right ?!) or just use it to cross the small bay to get to the mainland/your golf cart. Karen was super helpful with any recommendations or issues we had. Great value too! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. PS (and best part) you get to meet the host’s chocolate lab Roley!"

"Beautiful house that has been recently renovated. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Some of the renovation were not quite finished, like cabinet knobs, and new appliances. The owner was super helpful. The view, the dock and overall property was magnificent."

"Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. Our host, Sherwin, was very helpful and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Highly recommended this vacation house."

"Sandy & Salty is a perfect place for 2 couples. The view is spectacular and the home has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The location is close to everything!The beds are comfortable add the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing the games inside and loved the comfy Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges for the beach. Thank you JoAnne for making us feel at home!Can’t wait to come back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. From Brandi picking us up at the dock to take us to the house to April replacing the golf cart flat tire within an hour and we were back in business. We also enjoyed a half day on Tyman Charters. Got along great with the captain."

"House location was great, but of course you’re not far from anything on Spanish Wells. The beach view, the back deck and the beach itself is phenomenal. Could not ask for a better beach, especially at low tide with a huge sandbar out in front. The layout of the home is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. "Wonderful hot water. TV did not work. Internet worked off and on. Slow internet when it did connect. Close to ocean -- just a few steps over the dune -- nice. Comfortable bed. Minimal number of dishes, but enough for 2 people. Refridge worked well. Eating table a little high but OK. Private dock just a little ways away from house on White Sound Bay area -- about 200 feet -- nice. Short walking distance to Abaco Inn. Recommend having a golf cart. Quiet area. Close (20') to other renter's rental...

"The location of the house and the size of the house met all our needs. Easy two minute walk to the beach and restaurant and bar. Great isle to navigate around with a golf cart for all the restaurants and other beaches. Highly recommend elbow key and second wind."

"We loved our visit. Alicia was very helpful in preparing for our trip, helping with airport transfer, golf cart rental, and food and activity recommendations. The house is just what we needed- the view is incredible, with a private and quiet property. The kitchen and house was well stocked with supplies. It was a beautiful 10 minute cart ride to downtown Spanish Wells and 5 minutes to stunning practically empty beaches. The restaurant across the street was super convenient too. We suggest...

"Our hosts were awesome. Beach house was perfect for us and the view was incredible. Gulf car access easy to everything on the island. We bugged our hosts daily and they were quick to help with setting up tours, recommendations to and from airport etc. "
