"The Aspen suites in Sitka has the kindest and caring staff I’ve ever experienced. The location is absolutely perfect, close to both activities and many restaurants. My room was impeccably, clean, check in simple, check out simple, and the transportation shuttle was as quick as could be at the airport. This will be my place to stay from now on in Sitka, Alaska.!"

"I was allowed an early check-in, which was fantastic in that I was in pain and needed a place to rest. The only down side was that I had some questions for the desk clerk and she was never at the front. I checked back 4 times within a foot hour stretch and no one was ever there. "

"It was really nice to be out of town a little. The road traffic was loud in the evenings but didn’t keep us awake. Just as described. "

"Excellent in every way! Perfect location-easy walks to everything. Very convenient. Beautiful place with terrific views of the water/harbor/boats coming and going. Very comfortable, safe, friendly place and town. Laundry worked well. Food: Beak for dinner twice, Highliner for coffee, bagels, breakfast sandwiches 4 times, Wildflower Bakery. Highly recommend! Katy and Jack have a great VRBO-stay there if you are in Sitka!"

"The Golden Alaska Lodge was such a treat. We loved staying away from town, the views of Silver Bay are amazing. It is such a peaceful home. The house is very clean, very well equipped for anything you may need. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and sauna after long days of fishing. Brian and Christine were great to work with. I definitely recommend booking this house if you are visiting Sitka!"
