"The property was nice. The only things I hope they improve over time are the bathrooms and the gate to the property. The bathrooms have concrete on the floor and in the walls. The gate a process to keep up with and not very friendly with late night returns and if someone visits and leaves late. Overall the stay was nice. niceand leaves late. "

"We needed a place near Hattiesburg to come celebrate my daughter's 18 birthday. This place is away from everything, secluded, and relaxing. Had a nice tender meat from the grill, a piece of cake, and a lot of time to relax."

"We visited for a JSU game. Home was comfortable and fit our needs. "

"We really enjoyed staying at Bellhaven. The home was nice and well kept. The host responded quickly and was helpful. The instructions and suggestions about the neighborhood, where to go, eat, etc., was +++. All in all, we strongly recommend Bellhaven if you’re looking for a place to stay in Jackson."

"This is a gorgeous home with an amazing location right on the river, but still near to local shopping and dining. Great communication from the host, perfect amenities, very clean and comfortable… really the property is even better than its listing description. We had high expectations due to the great reviews, and the reality was even better than we hoped. 10/10, our family will definitely book here again."

"I lived in Jackson for 20 years and was visiting family and friends with my chihuahua Lucy. This was a GREAT location, well-appointed with natural light, off-street parking, and a host that was available whenever I texted her! Highest rating for a dog-friendly apartment in Jackson!"

"My son and I stayed here one night on our way to "Cruisin' the Coast". The little house was very clean, and the bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating...even offered to go pick us up a pizza! Thanks for the homemade cookies and southern hospitality."

"Incredible remodel! The home was very thoughtfully designed. Everything was exactly as pictured. Definitely recommend. Pros: Very clean. Newly renovated. Everything was new and in perfect condition. Well stocked kitchen. Free snacks were a plus! Very close to JSU and easy access to the main highways to get around the city and into the local suburbs. The neighborhood was quiet and typical of any city block. Security system was great. Cons: Outlet nearest bed in primary bedroom inaccessible...

"My family stayed at Kennington mansion for a family event- celebration of life. The house is as pictured only better. It’s beautiful and homey at the same time. Everyone in our family loved it. We had people from all over the US- trust me it’s a real treat. It’s like a luxury property. Book there now because once it catches on the price us definitely going up!!"

"We were not prepared for the neighborhood. Based on the pictures of the home, we would have thought this was an area of town experiencing a renaissance. We didn't know anything about Jackson and just wanted to be close to downtown. Honestly though, that's on me. I could have done better research there. The house itself was really great. Charming, well maintained, and very clean. It suited our needs well. Whoever we spoke with was available, prompt, and friendly."

"Really nice place. Loved the decor and kitchen! Even has washer and dryer!!! Very clean. Although if you have leg /mobility issues. Not the place for you. We managed. Stairs up to main and 2nd fl. Front entrance might b ok on bottom fl. Ty!"

"The owner of this property double booked my hotel. When I arrived someone was already staying there and I ended up sleeping in my car for the weekend. "

"I really enjoyed the privacy and the attentive nature hosts. If/when my partner and I need a get away, we will definitely look into booking with them again! Definitely feels like a home away from home."

"We traveled from Chicago to attend a Family Reunion in the area. We have a large family and this house suited our needs and accommodated us well. Very great communication with the host. When we had an issue, Isaac responded very quickly and everything was resolved. TV’s in EVERY room—just like home!! ❤️ The game room/pool table area (with a fireplace) was a nice space to hang out with our family. A plus was the variety of other games.
