"We had a wonderful experience at Shose Farmhouse. We received a warm welcome at the reception with warm towels, tea and was introduced to the staff. The grounds were lush and filled with fruit trees and flowering plants. Our rooms had a great view and were well appointed. The restaurant on premises provided a memorable experience and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and catered to our every need. "I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. "I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha."
