"I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. "We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

"Incrivel holiday é uma rede para o turista que vai para a china café da manhã muito bom atendimento do balcão supera qualquer expectativa não falam muito ingles mas ajudam bem demais entender que a china não tem google o maps inclusive whatsap cartão de credito so em dinheiro na rua ou alipay que não temos acesso brasileiros mas temos o chines que ajuda em tudo melhor povo que eu conheci so da para ir a chiina sem guia por que o chines ajuda e ai o holiday entra ajuda em tudo "
