"We went just for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy. The only thing we didn’t care for was there was no microwave and the shower did not match the room description that I booked. Otherwise it was a great stay! "

"I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. "I came back because i liked the room they gave me on June 3rd. This time they made me wait 3 hours after 3pm and did not gave me the room i paid for! Was a King bed with Basthtub. They gave me a Queen bed , with horrible bath not the room i stayed days before for sure it was at the end of the hall way and poorly decorated. So de DISAPPOINTING"

"Just want to clarify - Did have a small balcony but inaccessible due to having a secure rod blocking door track but was not advertised for a balcony.. Overall, my stay (2 nights) was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Very clean throughout. Huge variety for continental breakfast. Excellent water pressure for shower. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again next time in the area. "

"only had interaction with the night staff, both nights. they were very friendly and helpful room needs a good carpet cleaning, carpet was full of spots. pool area feels very much like a turkish bathhouse, very vintage. Breakfast was very bland. weak paper plates and plastic ware"

"O atendimento foi bom, localização excelente (6 minutos do aeroporto), estrutura do hotel muito boa. Mas não fiquei muito confortável com a limpeza do quadro, tinham manchas na cortina, senti que o lençol e as fronhas não estavam lavadas."
