"I know many people complain about the parking but in the email the property sends, it tells you that they will give you a code to make the rate 15.00 vs 50.00. I had to ask for the code upon checkin. The Double King Suite was a fabulous room with a lot of space. I suggest doing the upgrade, especially if you have kids. "Overall it was as expected. For the price there could be more amenities in the rooms. For example, robes, coffee mugs, bottled water, etc. The tv is very old. No streaming which, for our stay, would have been nice. No hotel information in the room. Also, the phone did not work. "When I walked into this place staying the first time, I was very impressed!!! Nice hotel and tough location to beat. Staff kind also. However, I didnt get a lick of sleep since 2 rooms close by me on my floor were having parties. After 2nd call made to front desk at 3am, the noise finally settled enough to sleep by 3:30am!!!! "This property looks like it is probably an older convention center. While it is a bit old and tired, it is a beautiful old hotel that is still quite stately. My room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. The young woman at check-in was very friendly and personable, as was the young man at checkout the next morning. "Very attractive decor. Rooms were very clean and well appointed., and the amenities like the gym, and the patio looked very nice. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. No one to help with bags ( I had two) getting in and out of the doors, which I thought was odd. Staff at the bar could use more training on guest attentiveness. "
