"We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. "Such a cute place and conveniently a few blocks from the beach. Took a short trip and wished it were longer but we will definitely be back! Aptos has our hearts always! My daughter loved the loft as she could see the stars at night out of her window, my son loved his morning walks/run around the beach… and mom and dad loved just being away from work!"

"We loved this little cottage for our sister retreat, quaint and cozy just as expected. The accommodations met our expectations as was advertised. Only thing we were left wanting was a cleaner landscape outside to sit and enjoy at night, seemed the yard keeper hadn't made it out in a bit. So grateful to found this place though!"

"We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo."

"Cute little accommodations! Very nice bathroom and shower facilities! The shower is especially amazing! Even though we were there when it was pretty warm outside, our place stayed cool being it's a shaded area surrounded with beautiful trees! (A nice fan is also supplied.) Ariana was very good with communications and quick replies to our questions! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The house was awesome and in a great location, just a couple of blocks from the bluffs and to some great markets and restaurants. The host was awesome as well, very responsive and helpful. The water main right near the house broke and left us without water for a good part of the day. Ann was not only on top of it with the city but ended up giving us a credit for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend."
