"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! "Everything about our stay at Shell Villa was fantastic. Great snorkeling, swimming, hiking, cooking, grilling, sleeping, resting, and visiting. Amazing star gazing, We were treated to Venus rising each evening and the beginnings of the Perseid meteor showers with shooting starts galore! Sunsets and shady cool mornings on the deck in the luscious tropical garden. The humming birds hummed as the ocean birds flew overhead and Montserrat floated over the horizon. "Everything in the description is true - no exaggeration. You literally walk out of bed and are within feet of the picnic table and pool. The view is amazing and it was very peaceful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking and hoping for."

"The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."

"One think is good to pay attention to prior arrival. Is access road is difficult you need 4x4 or brave driver. Air con just in one main bedroom which wasn't issue for me but if i wanted to use both bedrooms would be problematic. I was happy there by myself nice remote location."

"This home was everything and more than we hoped for. The view was simply incredible and we spent countless hours just looking… house is stocked inside with all you will need, we cooked, grilled and had plentiful drinks, never short on glasses, dishes or otherwise. Two things we’d love to see improve: outdoor seating was extremely lacking, uncomfortable seating for four, just one sun lounger. One thing out of the owners control is the neighbors dogs that seem to be awake from 11pm-4am every...

"The staff at the property are very kind and helpful, I got a bit earlier check-in and they were kind enough to let me stay in a guest room for a few hours until I checked in for my late flight. The one bedroom townhouse is lovely, comfortable and quiet. The flat has every you need to make a meal, relax and laze. The grounds are well manicured and green, lovely foliage and flora, birds chirping and peaceful. The location is just a short walk to the public entrance of Dickenson Bay between...

"Great stay with beach views and 10 mins walking from Galley Bay beach; we were greeted at the airport by cottage staff who took us to the cottage (following her car) and even showed us the nearest supermarket. We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet cozy cottage not far from the centre but in its own own nature world "

"I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"Lugar incrivel!!! A porta do quarto dá de frente pro mar… 3 passos adiante e você está na areia da praia! O recepcionista Niel foi muito legal e prestativo conosco! O único arrependimento foi não ter ficado mais dias. Iremos voltar! Obs: há apenas 1 único restaurante perto que dá pra ir a pé, então é melhor alugar um carro pra comprar alimento e conhecer melhor a ilha 🏝️ "

"This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!"
