"the decor was nice. the breakfast was good. It took the front desk staff half an hour to return so I could check in. I couldn't get the t.v. to work. front desk would not answer phone or was not at the desk to help me. someone had switched the input, which took half hour to figure out. I don't know what a person would have done if there was an emergency. dirty towel in bathroom and used pod in coffee maker. very upsetting to deal with these situations."
