"Kibo Palace Apartments is exceptionally good value if you stay for at least a full week. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed. In a very busy shopping area downtown, close to the market, Khan's barbecue and Five Chutneys vegetarian Indian restaurant, so an excellent though very different experience overall. Cleaning by request, so not intrusive. Basic toiletries and towel."

"I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. It felt like a home away from home. Don’t expect anything fancy though. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The top selling point is the atmosphere, which you can’t get at...

"I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha."

"Do not book this property. Day of rental we still did not receive access information from the host. When we called he told me the property was not ready and was still under renovations. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened."

"Daniel’s communication was proactive and quick throughout. He happily helped arrange the transportation we needed. He also gave us great recommendations that helped our lil women group feel comfortable navigating local neighborhoods and markets. The house was a dream. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Just what we needed after a busy week exploring!"

"Quartos bem antigos precisando reforma, tem uma escada estreita para o andar superior, péssima localização encravado em uma rua sem calçamento , internet muito lenta, tem uma boa piscina e um restaurante pequeno e confortável com poucas opções no cardápio.
