"Noisy Air Conditioners, stuffy rooms and extremely slow service at the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself is super limited. For the amount of $ charged, try the other top hotels in Kampala - Serena, Sheraton, fourpoints, golden tulip are all better"

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"My friend and I stayed at this property for about 3 weeks and enjoyed our privacy, cleanliness of the property and help from the caretaker. It was so relaxing, especially after our Murchison Safari Tour. We toured many places within Uganda and this was our base. We felt safe and secure. The landlord responded promptly to our questions in a professional manner and the care take made sure that we read and understood the terms and conditions of the rental agreement prior to signing. I can't wait to...

"Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall"
