"We stayed at this home for our child's graduation from Virginia Tech in 2025. The house was a great location in Radford close to many restaurants and Radford University. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to Blacksburg. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, it was a perfect size for all of the relatives we had with us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The family room and kitchen had seating for all of us. This was an economical and comfortable alternative to more expensive hotels...

"Marlie was kind enough to let us check in early. All staff were gracious and thoughtful. Manager was visible and involved with check in. Walk through the campus to Blacksburg (25-30 min) or take a short 5 min drive to the main street. You can tell the building has been around a while, but it is well maintained and full of character.
