"Beautiful property. The river view porch was the highlight for our family. Getting to enjoy our morning coffee watching the deer cross the river and then the evenings relaxing and seeing the turtles, fish and birds over the river so relaxing. Owner was really responsive and great clean place. Kids loved chasing fireflies in the yard!! Can't wait to stay here again!"

"We needed a quick overnight stay while visiting our daughter at nearby Culver. At only 10-11 minutes from the academy, the location was very convenient. This above-the-garage apartment is beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed plus more. The owners were really sweet and responsive. My only suggestion would be to send check-in information through the VRBO app in addition to the text that is sent, as that text to me got lost in the airwaves :) so I was clueless...

"The property is the gem here. Beautiful grounds that I walked every morning. Gorgeous river setting. I sat on the tree swing everyday reading and listening to the many birds and the wind in the trees. So peaceful and relaxing. It’s a quick drive into Culver for nearby restaurants and groceries. Lovely to drive the back roads. The house is dated as expected but very clean and comfortable beds. The weather was super hot and humid but the AC kept us cool. "We had an amazing stay at the Nest. We rented it to have just a little more space for our family, who also stayed on the property at the Goodwell. The Nest was a newly renovated space for two with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy time together. We enjoyed the Keurig, puzzles, cards, binoculars and the very thoughtful brownies from a local bakery upon arrival! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!"
