"We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "

"We had a stay in the Sol Azur Hotel Hammamet of 7 days, starting on the 13/04/2024. We made a reservation of a standard room with all inclusive. That weekend on the very same day, arrived a lot of Tunisian tourists to stay for the weekend, and the service of the hotel was terrible as they are not prepared to receive that many guests. The food during the weekend was not served on the main restaurant, except for lunch (which a lot of people had half pension, so at least for that meal and options...

"The staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. The staff at the main restaurant were friendly and accommodating, especially Nouredine and Hamadi who oversee the main restaurant plus 3 waiters: 1 served the right side of the patio section, and the 2 others served the right inside of the restaurant. "Por pensar em resort acreditamos que o ambiente seria festivo, mas aparente pela cultura local que o atendimento é frio um tanto pouco grosseiro. Fora isto a estrutura é boa com uma bela piscina e o all inclusive funciona somente até às 00:00 com ausência de um bar na piscina. Parte de recreação infantil fraca para crianças acima de 05 anos. Também importante citar a alimentação que é baseada em sardinha e bife de figado, salvo o frango em molho."
