"In April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day. "The hotel is very conveniently located on a small, quiet street a short walk from Registan Square and other main sights. Beds are comfy. Rooms are large, but a bit dark. The bathrooms are on the small side. Good stay and recommend to other guests"
