"Good value for money. Room was like a good size studio, clean. Bathroom was a bit small but everything needed was available. Didn't see if the hotel had amenities. The immediate area is not great but you have nice coffee and F&B choice 5-7min walk from it. Also, quite central in Riyadh and only 15min drive from Business district. I believe it could be much nicer if they could renovate the big cafe/restaurant downstairs"

"The hotel was located in a very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms were very nicely appointed and they were very generous in size. My room was a tiny bit cold (quite reasonable being winter) and within minutes, a lovely heater had been brought in to keep me toasty warm! Staff were absolutely lovely to deal with and very obliging. Located in a safe and secure area with lots of amenities within a short distance. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge."
