"I was very happy with their flexibility and they accommodated my unique needs promptly. Had travelled for a race and they allowed me to come and bath after 1130am and have my breakfast at 12 midday. And dinner was delicious. The service is just super. They are now my Nyanga plug "

"The property is beautifully situated with a lovely view and is potentially very tranquil and peaceful. Unfortunately guests from the neighbouring room disturbed us by appearing frequently on our balcony right outside of our windows. Perhaps it would be prudent to request visitors not to disturb other guests but to stay within the areas which they have paid for and/or public areas on the property. Apart from this issue we had a very pleasant stay and would visit again."

"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning.
