"The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay in Varenna. It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check-in process was simple, although the instructions we were sent had the wrong box described for our apartment, but it was self explanatory once we got there as the boxes are all lettered. A bottle of red wine was left for us on check in, which was a lovely touch and greatly...

"Accomodations very well conserved! All perfect. Kitchen very equiped with all necessary items to prepare your own meals. Several items to your leisure like tennis table, soccer table, books, tourists infromations...also, good place to make a delicious barbecue...nice vision of the lake and nice swimming pool shared with others houses. "Absolutely fantastic stay. From initial communications to personal meet and brief by Paolo made arrival process welcoming and thorough. The location was perfect for travel in or away from Varenna. The kitchen was well stocked with snackies and a welcome bottle of wine. The loft overlooking the lake was a fabulous retreat after a day exploring the lake. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"Ideal location, great balcony. Giorgio was very friendly and helpful. Pull out couch is actually 2 twin beds which was perfect for my teenage children."

"Excellent location in Varenna. Easy to walk around and very spacious for our group of 7 adults plus 1 infant. The home also had everything we needed for our baby. We loved the patio, spacious bathroom, and outdoor area. "

The balcony was so peaceful and beautiful but we only sat outside early mornings or late evenings...which was ruined by the heavy smokers below us. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was ridiculous. FYI kitchen soap behind trash can. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. "

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top. Ebenso hat uns der Tennisplatz und der große Pool sehr gut gefallen. Kleine negative Punkte waren der recht kleine Balkon und ein Hund in der Nachbarschaft, der nachts oft bellte."

"Great apartment in the perfect location. Very short walk to waterfront, piazzas, and restaurants but still very quiet in the evenings and early mornings. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We were comfortable with fans and windows open at night but it would be very warm in the summer. Varenna is a beautiful area!"
