It tends to be a lot cheaper than many other resorts along the Grace Bay beach while it offers all the necessary features of a comfortable hotel (nice pool, friendly/helpful staff, rooms are decently comfortable). If you are willing to rent a car - staying at Atrium gives you some great flexibility to explore different regions/beaches at Providenciales (the Marina, Longbay beach, city center, Grace bay, etc). "We loved our stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious, great communication, had everything we needed. VERY quiet which we loved but if you're looking for the hustle and bustle of nightlife and lots of people, this isn't it. You will need a car because it's pretty far and theres a 10-15 minute drive on a very quiet, dark and dirt road, watch for BIG potholes. Restaurant is not reliably open. Don't depend on it. Would most DEF stay. here again. "

"Everything was fantastic - except having to stop first at another site to pick up the key. It would be much easier to have a lock box. It took a while to get a taxi from the key pick up location, because the shuttle only shuttles guests from airport to key pick up site. "

"O quarto era excelente. Superou minha expectativa. Café da manhã bem fraco e desorganizado. Acho que pelo valor da diária poderia ter um café melhor. "

"The hotel was very nice , clean , quiet , and fully stocked with towels , dishes, beach chairs , cooler and etc . Finding the location and retrieving the location when you don’t have great service is a NIGHTMARE. Check in did take quit some time and WiFi did not work the entire stay . Other than those few things I would stay again . "

"Excelente custo-benefício em Grace Bay. Linda praia em frente ao hotel. Melhor ponto para mergulho em Grace Bay. O restaurante mexicano junto ao hotel é muito bom. Funcionários do hotel fazem o agendamento de passeios e aluguel de carro. Não é perto do centro comercial de Provo, mas tem um supermercado perto. Recomendo o hotel."

"The property is just perfect for our stay, beach front, silent, near to everything what we need (restaurants, grocery stores). Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!"

"We had such a great time at Villa serenity! We were blown away by the cleanliness and how stocked the kitchen and bathroom both were. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the canal. The host was very responsive and everyone on the property was very pleasant and friendly. We had no issues with the TV or air conditioning and the room was perfect! The location is a perfect spot. We weren’t too far from anything but were off the beaten path which...

"The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound."
