"Once again, Svetlin and his rental on Shore Drive were amazing. The location is phenomenal, with easy access to many great restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Svetlin was incredibly accommodating with our stay and was always readily available.Highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Virginia Beach."

"A neat, reasonably priced property in a great location with direct access to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to communications, the rooms were clean, and our family had a wonderful stay.A few things to note:The master bedroom mattress was very firm and a little hard on mine and my husband's backs, and we had pressure point aches most mornings. Consider bringing a mattress topper if you have back or joint issues.The pots and pans available in the kitchen were either very small or...

"Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay."

"Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit"

"Overall great experience and would stay again. Proximity to beach was great. Games, Puzzles, and DVD collection was a fun bonus for the kids. A few minor improvements could put this place over the top. Because they’re older, some doors don’t close fully and none of them lock. Some extension cords with charging stations in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. The lower level does get warmer than the upper level but the fans help make it manageable. We did appreciate the number of hooks available...

"The house was ok. The oven didn't work. I texted the landlord, and she offered me a pizza. (That i would've paid for upfront and they reimburse after our stay was completed. Nice location, but not so good communication. "

"Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us, it wasn't very hot, and there's a large fan4. Wi-Fi signal is pretty weak (barely any in the backyard),...

"Excellent stay. Everything was clean and very cozy. Vicki put together a book of local suggestions which was helpful for dinner ideas and things to do. Area was very private and a wonderful place to stay."

"The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn."
