"Diane was welcoming from the start, and we felt right at home at Foxwood, which was impeccably cleaned and seasonally decorated. She stocked the beverage fridge with our favorite drinks and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Logs were conveniently stored outside in a sheltered spot, with fire starters left for us inside by the wood-burning fireplace. The expansive deck had ample seating for enjoying the views and conversation. At night, we warmed our hands by the fire pit...

The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group."

"Our multi-generational family enjoyed our time at the Dome Home. It has everything we needed as well as plenty of space to spread out. It’s convenient to the Village area and surrounding activities. We enjoyed a relaxed weekend of family fun during the summertime at Snowshoe and then had fun with smores and the hot tub on the evening. The setting in the backyard and deck area is beautiful. You could forget how close you are to the main area at the resort."

"We really enjoyed the location, the layout, and the number of people the property sleeps. The view is gorgeous and the host was on point with any needs or questions we had regarding our reservation. Definitely recommend checking out this property if you are traveling to the SnowShoe, WV area. "

"The property was outstanding. Great Kitchen! Awesome location! I would stay here again next year."

"The owner is very communicative and very nice. The location and views are fantastic. The downstairs condo plumbing needs updating. The toilet kept overflowing. The stone stairs has a top loose step that needs repaired, elderly person almost fell. The upper deck railing needs repair. This is a good place for the money and has the potential to be amazing."

"Very nice place. Check in procedure was simple and explained very well in the welcome packet. The condo was very well stocked with the essentials ie paper products, pots, pans, dishes, some spices and trash bags. We had plenty of room and our kids had their own space. It is a short walk to the village (1/2 mile) and just far enough away to have some quiet time. If you're renting this in the summer, take fans as there is no AC. Being in a mountain community, AC isn't normally a necessity but we...

"Ideal for our liking. Well kept. Enjoyed the wood stove, made it like home, appreciated the adequate supply of wood. Close to hiking trails. Secluded location. Enjoyed the scenery with a light snow falling while using the hot tub. Would return when in West Virginia again."

Frozen pizza from the Dollar General and Subway footlongs at the gas station were all we had to eat. The property was very nice, though. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our newly remodeled room was very roomy and well-kept."
