"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "This villa is clean and comfortable. The location is also great. We can walk down to the beach from the house just two steps away. In each room, the bed is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is cool. And most importantly, the service here is very good. Although the parking lot can only park two cars, the villa has prepared a place for parking, which is convenient. Just a few steps to the villa. We will come again for sure. Thank you😆"

"We had a wonderful stay at Baan Jintana. I can only agree with the previous reviews. The house is large and stunning. Everything is extremely up market and the pool is the largest and best private pool we have ever had. The house is situated on an exclusive private estate overlook a beautiful golf course. Susie (the house manager) and her team look after your every need. Susie is an excellent cook. If I owned this beautiful house I couldn’t bear to rent it out. Hopefully we will be back. Terry...

"Nice hotel did some lovely touches . Left hand lift is bonkers just try take the left one it even makes an out of tune ding which amused me. Staff are great breakfast is nice with good selection. Towels and bedding were clean bed not the comfiest but okay. The hotel could do with a shuttle to the mall as the location ain’t the best but a grab taxi is 67 baht to the mall. "Secluded getaway away from the beach. The villas and what they are is amazing the private pools are small but exactly what is needed on those hot days. The room did have quite a bit staining on the couch and curtains. Other than that very clean. Be careful and pay attention to the check or procedures to avoid costs and deposit is cash only"

"Das Apartement entsprach voll den Angaben bei FeWo-direkt. Der Vermieter hat bei kleinen Problemen und Rückfragen sofort reagiert und uns geholfen. Im Apartement war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool im Condominium ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. "The Marvin Complex is on the main street and centrally located. I could walk to everything necessary for daily living. 7-11 and market very close. Shopping mall and night market a little further.
