"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cottage was precious and very welcoming. The eclectic decor was amazing!!! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable!! The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. "We have stayed here about 10 times over the past several years. We absolutely love it. It has all the necessity for river fun. We bring the boat because it has its own dock, we bring the 4wheelers, and the kayaks. Its safe for the kids. Everyone is super nice, and you might be invited to a cook out or 2. We have enjoyed cooking out with the grill, we have enjoyed the fire pit at night. Kids have enjoyed fishing. And a perfect quiet cove for the kiddos to play in the river if you bring boat or...

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Sleek and clean cottage with a unique design. It is right on the highway but the owners placed sound machines in each bedroom to override road noise. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Really appreciated that I could bring my dog along. Thanks for a great stay. "

"My wife and I have stayed at this location several times over the last couple of years. It is always very clean, well-stocked and Diane is readily available if needed. There was an outdoor Halloween Costume party at the cabin across the street with close to 100 people. My wife and I couldn't believe how well behaved and polite everyone was. They wrapped up at a decent hour no fighting or yelling. It is much different in our neighborhood in Florida. We look forward to our next stay."

"The property was meticulously well maintained. The cabin was perfect! Josh and Cassia were gracious hosts and even suggested things to do in the area. My only complaint was that I wasn’t smart enough to book the cabin longer. Next time we’ll definitely stay for a full five days."

"Watched the barges go by, enjoyed the view across the water, in a quiet rv neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond when we arrived during a storm that caused power outage. Sent us information about issues and checked back with us later to make sure everything was better. If we're ever in this area again, we have no problem coming back to this site."

"We rented the cabin for one week, July 13 through the 20th. When we first arrived, it was like driving through the setting for one of the “Wrong Turn” movies. When we arrived at the cabin I found the front and back doors would stick so tightly that my pregnant wife could not open them. During our stay, we had to kill four or five roaches. The refrigerator door would only open halfway before it jammed on the floor. The wood around the kitchen window is rotted. The pots and pans in the kitchen...
