"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "

"Awesome location, the house has all the amenities to be able to cook, have fun on the beach and relax. A+ - 5 star!!!"

"This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay...

"This is an amazing renovated farmhouse! Huge rooms with plenty of storage in every room! A very quiet area with great amenities and great food within a short drive! Jeremiah was available to answer and assist with questions upon our arrival! It was also a quick commute to the wedding venue at the Duplin County Winery!"

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good."

"This was our first time renting a home instead of staying in a hotel. Because of the wedding we all wanted to stay together. What a wonderful experience we had! The hosts have thought of everything at this vacation home. From ample towels to paper towels, poll toys and toys for our youngest, everything added up to a memorable long weekend. Our family will be doing this again for sure!"

"We've vacationed at several beaches in North Carolina, but we especially enjoyed our time at Topsail Beach. The parks and fishing areas were easily accessible, which was great as one of us has limited mobility. There were plenty of great seafood markets nearby, along with several grocery stores for anything we needed. The island also has bike paths and walking trails everywhere. One highlight was visiting the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the island...

"This was our first trip to Topsail Beach. We felt like we found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood! It had everything our family wanted!! The house was spacious and comfortable! The view of the intercoastal and west to the sunset was AMAZING!! We took advantage off the concrete basketball court for some family friendly 2vs2 and then cooled off in the pool. "Our daughter requested to stay at this beach house to celebrate her birthday. The beach is only 4 minutes away and is minutes away from many enjoyable restaurants. The beach house is very clean, beds are comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed. Thank you!"

"We have stayed in this home at least 10 times over the past 20 years, and the charm is still there. The porch overlooking the ocean with it rocking chairs, and bench seating around the perimeter (no railings to obstruct the view!) is what I look forward to the most. The house is adequately supplied for what a family needs. Karen is great about communication. We will continue to come back!"

"Property is in a great location and has easy access to the beach. Even though it is not directly on the beach it has a great view of the ocean from the deck. Very dog friendly and our furry friend gives it five stars. Definitely will look to stay here again."

We would recommend putting some sort of welcome packet with all the rules of the property, check in/out procedures in the properties, like some local restaurants, the fact that there is an elevator and outdoor showers. It was a nice and cute place, we would definitely consider staying there again. We would also recommend maybe putting a cutting board in the property."

"The house was close enough to the beach for an easy walk. But not on the beach which with toddlers was not a bad thing. It was also very well appointed. We didn’t have to shop for some basics as they were provided. "
